1. Saffron Rice
Steep the saffron in lukewarm water as described.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and stir in rice and salt.
Pour one and a half cups of boiling water. Add the saffron water and cover it.
Reduce the heat to low and allow the rice to cook. Keep the lid covered for 20 minutes.
Delicious Saffron rice is ready to devour!
2. Roast Chicken with Saffron and Rosemary
Add salt and pepper to the roasted saffron (around 20 threads).
Make pockets in the chicken breast and add these spices inside.
Also squeeze some fresh lemon and rosemary.
Roast this classic chicken until it’s brown and enjoy the simple yet tasty recipe.
3. Saffron Tea
Put 4 cups of water in a pot and add some ginger and cinnamon to it.
Boil the water and let the spices release their aroma.
Turn the flame down to medium low heat and add 10 to 12 saffron threads and honey into it.
Allow it to simmer for a few minutes and strain!
