Refund policy

Your money is safe with us and we don't want you to worry about keeping a product if you don't like it. That is why we make returns and exchanges as easy as possible (within our means) at Zooni Kashmir Originals. 

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Initiating the return/exchange process:

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@zooni.store or send us a WhatsApp message at 030-333-96664 with your order number. A customer representative will contact you and process your request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be required to post the parcel back to us via a reliable courier service and share the tracking details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. (We are unfortunately unable to provide a pick-up service for returns at the moment as we are yet to find a reliable courier service for that service in Pakistan). 

As soon as we receive your parcel, we'll inspect it and dispatch the new parcel (in case of exchange) or deposit the refund into your given bank account within 12-24 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have via the quickest courier, and once the return is accepted, we'll send your exchange product on the same working day (if received before 3pm)


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 24 hours after we receive the parcel.
