What can cause my order to be delayed?

Our courier partners try their best to deliver timely but due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery might be delayed. This includes extreme weather changes, curfews or lockdowns. Orders are also delayed if the shipping address is not correct, or is vague, or when the rider finds the place closed on arrival after 3 attempts at delivery.


What is your shipping time?

Our standard shipping time is 3-5 days.
